Announcing the 2018 WeScreenplay Television Semifinalist

By September 21, 2018October 10th, 2018No Comments

Thank you to all the amazingly talented writers who submitted to the 2018 WeScreenplay Television Competition. We received over 1,000 entries, and the craft of the writing was outstanding across the board. As TV grows in the market, clearly there are many talented writers ready to continue to create intelligent and powerful TV shows.

After the first three rounds of reads, we’ve narrowed it down to the top 51 semifinalists — a real challenge given the quality of all of the quarterfinalists. We want to sent a huge congratulations to everyone advancing and recognize once more everyone who advanced to the quarterfinals even if they didn’t make the next round.

The semifinalists will be read again by our readers and the next announcement will be announced on October 12th.
